Vacola / Mason Jar Sponge Cake Desserts

We are going to a picnic tomorrow, and I'm brining sponge cake for our our families sweet dish.

The only twist is that I'm bringing it Vacola / mason jars!!!

The great thing with serving desserts in jars, is that they travel great, everyone gets their own portion and they look super cute!

How I made mine is simple;
I made a sponge cake, let it cool then cut it in half then chopped it into small squares.
I then layered the cake, with homemade strawberry jam, fresh cut strawberries and whipped cream.
Keep layering until you reach the top.
Put the lid of the jar on and your done! Gorgeous, yummy, individual desserts!!
