Sticky Marinade for Lamb/Beef



We just bought a lamb off friends and so I have a freezer full of meat.

Needless to say I don't want to eat the same thing every single night. So I've been trying different marinades - here is a sweet sticky marinade that I'm sure you'll love...

Ingredients:

1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
2 teaspoons of whole grain mustard
1/2 teaspoon of all spice

Method:

Mix all ingredients together. Put lamb chops in the marinade and leave for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
Fry chops till cooked.
Add left over marinade to pan and cook for a few minutes till thickened, and pour over the cooked chops.

You can tweak the flavours to suit you by adding, chilli or ginger, or anything else that your family loves.

And you can try this on, beef or chicken too!
