Today's Harvest - Lemons

Today i Picked about 2/3 of the lemons off our tree. What I've found growing citrus fruits over the last few years is that even when the lemons are a bit green they might be ready. Depending on how long they've been on the tree, how much rain or sun we've had. As you can see in the picture some are green, the one that I cut open was half green half yellow and look inside -perfect!!!

I'm imagining all the zesty desserts I can make mmmmmmmm
