House Update #5 Side Fence
Well, we can now add fence builder to my husbands growing list of trades!
The side boundary fence on one side of our new property was in desperate need of replacement. The first half was bricked, and was dangerously loose and falling down. And the back half was very old iron that wasn't very high or strong.
So we decided (with our neighbours consent) to put up a new one. We went 7 foot, post and rail. My husband pulled down the old fence, then he and my father concreted the posts in. Then after the concrete had set he put all the sheets on (so meticulously - with a spirit level on each side of every sheet)!
It looks great! He did an amazing job! And by doing it himself we saved so much money!
