Homemade Chicken Nuggets

If your children are like ours then they LOVE chicken nuggets! The problem is they are never healthy! Until now! These nuggets are so delicious that even the adults love them! 



Ingredients :

2 chicken breasts
150 grams cornflakes
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Pinch of salt

Flour and egg/milk mix to crumb.

Method :

Cut chicken breasts into nugget sized pieces

In a food processor add cornflakes, oil and pinch of salt - mix until fine and combined.

Crumb your chicken pieces, by first dusting them in flour, then dipping them into the egg and milk mix, then into the cornflake mix.

Bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius until cooked through, and golden brown.
