What to Plant - MAY - Australian Temperate Climate



Winter is here! I have a mad urge to start knitting! The wood fire will now be on most days – and if we prepare it well enough before we go to bed, then there are still glowing embers in the morning! Taking that winter chill of the house!

Although the harvest from our gardens does seem to slow down in winter (especially compared to the glut of summer!) there is still a lot that you can grow and harvest….
