Homemade Jelly

One of our children is allergic to artificial colours. So that they don't miss out on one of their favourite desserts - jelly - we make our own. The added bonus? It's healthy!!!

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon of Gelatine
Water 50 mls boiling
Fresh fruit juice 110 mls

Method:

Mix one teaspoon of powdered Gelatine with 50ml boiling water until dissolved.
Top up with fresh fruit juice to make total volume 160ml.
Pop in fridge until set.
